A mortgage is thirty years of your income and it is sold to you in language designed to be skimmed. We translate it, argue about it, and only recommend the loan we would take ourselves.

We are paid by the lender when your loan settles, which means we are useless unless you actually get approved on terms that work. That alignment is the whole business model — and we put the number in writing before you choose.
